He was adorable since when he came
Spotless, faultless - nothing to blame
Became part of the family in a heartbeat
Was always in the house to greet
He was colorfully pleasing, always entertaining
Never a dull moment - poor thing
Sometimes fueled a quarrel between spouse
as he became the center of the house
Felt like the best thing ever to happen
especially to men, than to women
Such was Life in all its splendor.
